Case 70

Case 70

Enunciado

A 64 year-old female patient began to present the skin lesions shown in Figures 1 and 2 six months ago. They progressively grew, without remission. At this point, there are no other lesions. She does not report previous treatments and has a negative ANA test. Skin biopsy disclosed a non-inflammatory subepidermal blister when stained by hematoxylin and eosin and direct immunofluorescence (DIF) demonstrated IgG, IgA and C3 linear deposits at the basement membrane zone (BMZ).

Question:
Which is the most likely diagnosis, taking into consideration the images and clinical data given?
