Medical History

A six year-old male patient attends the emergency department of HC-UFMG complaining of productive cough and dyspnea. Mother reports a previous diagnosis of cystic fibrosis with Pseudomonas aeruginosa colonization of the mucoid type and Stphilococcus aureus sensitive to oxacicline. In use of azithromycin, Creon®, colimicina and salmeterol associated with fluticasone. O2 saturation of 86% was observed. A computed tomography (CT) of the chest was request.
