Enunciado

A 42-year-old male patient attends to the ER complaining of severe low back pain with irradiation to lower limbs and urinary incontinence, in the past 15 days. At physical exam, motor function impairment in L4, L5 and S1 territories (gradated M4 in L4 and M3 in L5 in S1), inguinal and perianal hypoesthesia and absence of patellar and Aquileu reflex on the right. A magnetic resonance imaging was requested.
