Enunciado

A 3-year-old female pacient is brought to the clinic due to weight gain of 17 lbs on the last 3 months, breast and pubic hair development, polyuria, polydipsia and polyphagia. Physical examination reveals moon facies, breast hypertrophy, acne and virilization. Hospitalization was required to clarify the diagnosis and during this time, she presented with high and unstable pressoric levels. Computed tomography and ultrasonography were performed and the results are presented on the images 1 to 4.
