Case 263

Medical History

A 45-year-old female patient with morbid obesity was submitted to upper digestive endoscopy (UDE) as a protocol for gastroplasty. Due to the finding of UDE, the anamnesis was extended and painless dysphagia for solid food was reported. Weight loss, presence of cough, hemoptysis or other symptoms were denied. In order to better characterize the finding, the imaging tests (attached) were later performed.

Considering the clinical history and all the imaging tests, what is the most likely diagnosis?
