Case 195


A 35-year-old female patient, married, from Belo Horizonte, reports sudden appearance of "spots on hands and arms" 3 days ago, non-pruritic and no other signs or associated symptoms. On physical examination, there were erythematous macules forming the "target" lesion on the palms and extensor surfaces of both upper limbs, and ulcerative-crusted lesions in lower lip suggestive of herpes labialis, without lymphadenopathy. Denies sexual risk behavior.
