Enunciado

A.S.R., male, 57 years old, victim of a head injury due to the collision of two trucks. Admitted 60 hours after the accident with score 3 on the Glasgow Coma Scale (GCS), anisocoria with mydriasis on the left and a collapsed skull. After discontinuation of sedation, presented with a score 5 on the GCS, decerebration on the right and decortication on the left, after painful stimulus; anisocoria with mydriasis on the left, corneal reflex preserved bilaterally and oculocephalic reflex abolished bilaterally.
