Enunciado

A 51-year-old previously healthy male presented with a history of a progressively enlarging cervical mass for the past 6 years. The mass was painless, and had no associated inflammatory signs or systemic symptoms. Two years ago, he underwent surgical excision of a lesion behind the ear, with local recurrence and contralateral growth. He referred a significant history of alcohol drinking since he was young, but denied smoking.
