Medical history

A 73-year-old retired male attends to a neurologist consult accompanied by his sister complaining of speech and reading difficulties. He has been developing these problems gradually in the past 5 years, progressively deteriorating. Other than that his sister noticed a mood change, more impatient and angry. Patient's autonomy is preserved. MMSE: 26/30. A brain nuclear magnetic resonance was performed.
