Enunciado

35 years-old male patient comes to the ER, asymptomatic, due to an automobile accident. He has a history of several of such accidents in the past. The last one was 4 months ago, when he suffered an indirect blow to the lumbosacral spine without fracturing any vertebrae. There is no history of previous illnesses or consanguineous parental relationship. The patient refers practicing physical exercises daily. A simple radiography of his lumbosacral spine was ordered.
