Medical history

62-year-old male patient was brought to the emergency room by paramedics two hours after being hit in the head with a piece of log. At admission, had a large blunt cut wound in the scalp in the left temporo-parietal region, and presented with right sided mydriasis and Glasgow Coma Scale of 8. Cervical CT scan was unremarkable, and cranial CT scan without contrast is shown therein.
