Medical History

A 63-year-old female patient is admitted to a primary care center for routine consultation. For the last 4 weeks, she has been presenting with non-productive cough and, for the last 2 years, with moderate shortness of breath. Former smoker, she has history of thoracic surgery due to smoking complications. On physical examination, it was found retraction and abolition of breath sounds in the left hemithorax. A chest radiograph is requested.
