Enunciado A 28-year-old expectant woman, with 30 weeks and 3 days of pregnancy, did the third trimester ultrasound, which showed a cystic formation at the midline of the head. At birth, a transfontanellar ultrasound revealed a vascular round formation with continuous flow; an angioresonance was then performed. The newborn was stable all the time, without signs of neurological or cardiac impairment, and conservative management was suggested.
