Medical history Two-year-old female child, presents nodules in scalp and left infraorbital region with progressive growth and pain over the past seven months, associated to seborrheic dermatitis on scalp. Four months ago, she progressed with polydipsia, polyuria and chronic bilateral otorrhea not responsive to antibiotics. The patient was previously entire healthy.
