Enunciado A 23-year-old male patient was brought to the Emergency Department, victim of a collision between a motorcycle and a car without wearing a helmet. On examination after initial care: complaint of pain at the posterior cervical region, denying nausea or vomiting, eliminating flatus. Glasgow coma scale equal to 15, stained, hydrated, eupneic in ambient air, using cervical collar. Cardiovascular, pulmonary, and abdominal appliances without changes.
