Enunciado Fifty year old female patient sought treatment for ocular proptosis on the right side, excessive tearing, eye discomfort and headache for 4 years. Visual examinations of mobility and accuracy were normal. She denies episodes of head trauma. Due to suspition of Graves' ophthalmopathy, measurings of TSH and T4 hormones were requested, but were within the reference values.
